they walked me through all the basics of the charger. I hope they can come back when the car arrives for a refresher.

Level 2 charging stations are up to 10 times faster than Level 1 units. These chargers require a dedicated 240-volt outlet, and need to be purchased separately from your EV. Contact your Mercedes-Benz Dealer to order the new Mercedes-Benz Wallbox.
